al a\u00f1o, gracias a un presupuesto de casi <\/span><b>30.000 millones de d\u00f3lares<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Nuevas medidas en EE.UU.<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Expulsiones a terceros pa\u00edses<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (como El Salvador o Sud\u00e1n del Sur) sin aviso o con solo 6 horas de notificaci\u00f3n.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Eliminaci\u00f3n de la <\/span><b>fianza migratoria<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, lo que impide a muchos migrantes defender su caso en libertad.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Limitaciones al derecho de \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As\u00ed pues, pese a la inversi\u00f3n, el ICE enfrenta serios problemas operativos: <\/span><b>falta de personal<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><b>resistencia local<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y <\/span><b>cr\u00edticas crecientes de la ciudadan\u00eda<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: informaci\u00f3n parti\u00f3 de un <\/span><b>art\u00edculo aislado, sin respaldo jur\u00eddico<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br <\/span><b>20 de mayo de 2025<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, Espa\u00f1a cuenta con un nuevo Reglamento de Extranjer\u00eda (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/buscar\/act.php?id=BOE-A-2024-24099\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">RD 1155\/2024 e Instrucci\u00f3n SEM 1\/2025<\/a>), que ha reorganizado y ampliado las v\u00edas legales de residencia para personas migrantes.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Principales opciones de regularizaci\u00f3n real<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Arraigo social, laboral, familiar, formativo y de segunda oportunidad.<\/b><b><br \/>\n<\/b><\/li>\n<li><b>Residencia por estudios, pr\u00e1cticas, emprendimiento o protecci\u00f3n internacional.<\/b><b><br \/>\n<\/b><\/li>\n<li><b>Autorizaciones por circunstancias excepcionales<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: v\u00edctimas de violencia de g\u00e9nero, trata de personas o razones humanitarias.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A diferencia del modelo estadounidense, el enfoque espa\u00f1ol <\/span><b>mantiene el respeto al debido proceso<\/b><span
