Si esta es negativa, se podr\u00e1 presentar un recurso para refutar las razones de la denegaci\u00f3n del visado.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element visados\n<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element de comunitario o espa\u00f1ol <\/span><b>no est\u00e1 a su cargo<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (cuando esta circunstancia sea necesaria)<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El estudiante <\/span><b>no acredita medios econ\u00f3micos <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">suficientes<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En el visado de corta de duraci\u00f3n, cuando no existen <\/span><b>garant\u00edas de retorno del solicitante.<\/b><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Las razones para la denegaci\u00f3n pueden variar seg\u00fan el tipo de visado solicitado o seg\u00fan el caso espec\u00edfico.<\/span><\/li><li><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pedir el <\/span><b>m\u00e1ximo de d\u00edas posibles<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> del visado.<\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pobre justificaci\u00f3n del viaje y estad\u00eda.<\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es posible tambi\u00e9n que un visado sea denegado si no se ha llenado de forma correcta la solicitud.<\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Resulta poco probable que te otorguen un visado <\/span><b>si no tienes un trabajo fijo<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, a menos que tus ingresos sean capaces de cubrir los gastos que tendr\u00e1s en tu estad\u00eda en Espa\u00f1a.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section de Reposici\u00f3n: 1 mes a partir de la notificaci\u00f3n.<\/li><li>Recurso Contencioso administrativo: 2 meses a partir de la data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Este recurso se presenta a nivel administrativo directamente ante el Consulado, que es el mismo ente que emiti\u00f3 la resoluci\u00f3n de denegaci\u00f3n del visado. <br \/>En este proceso, podemos presentar toda la documentaci\u00f3n y argumentos necesarios para refutar la denegaci\u00f3n que se nos ha notificado.<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para poder presentar un Recurso de Reposici\u00f3n, debes completar una solicitud que re\u00fana los siguientes datos:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nombre y apellidos<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">DNI, CIF o NIE<\/span><\/li><li data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Al recibir una denegaci\u00f3n de visado, se puede optar por la <strong>v\u00eda judicial mediante el Recurso Contencioso Administrativo<\/strong> ante los Tribunales espa\u00f1oles. Estos evaluar\u00e1n si se cumplen los requisitos establecidos para el visado. Se dispone de dos meses tras la denegaci\u00f3n para presentar este recurso.<\/p><p>Este proceso es m\u00e1s lento, m\u00e1s largo y m\u00e1s costoso y la viabilidad de un recurso var\u00eda seg\u00fan el caso. Es esencial consultar con expertos, para determinar si es conveniente recurrir, presentar una nueva solicitud o explorar otras opciones para llegar a
